Since Alpaca fibre is clean, dry and porous, it is repellent to Dust mites. Dust mites are one of the main causes of asthma and allergies. For this reason Best of Alpaca 100% Pure Duvets are hypoallergenic, ideal for asthmatics and sufferers of other allergies. Care Instructions: The optimum cleaning method for Best of Alpaca Duvets is a gentle dry-cleaning. However they may be washed in a washing machine set to the Wool/Delicate setting. Drying must take place on a clothes line. NEVER tumble dry.
